How to Return:

We know you love FOΞY, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for full priced goods provided you request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. All items can be returned as long as they are:

  • in perfect condition
  • with security tag on, since it is part of the product
  • in the original packaging
  • not worn/used or washed 
  • not damaged in any way

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Returns/Refunds are not accepted for all items that have been labelled as NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. Also, shipping charges are not refundable.

FOΞΥ reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.



If you are exchanging a product and the new item is of lower price, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.

Please note: This does not apply during Sales Period where we can only offer an exchange on goods. If the customer does not wish to exchange their purchase, one will be issued a credit note to the value of the item when purchased. If a customer exchanges a product and there is a difference in the final balance, one will be issued a credit note which can be redeemed on one’s next purchase. In any case, please be advised that an exchange can take place only once.



Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow us 5 working days to process your return once we receive your product, plus a further min 7 days for banks to clear funds on your account.
